Wilmington, MA – Astaro Corporation (http://www.astaro.com), a leading Unified Threat Management provider today announced that during the 2010 planning process Astaro implemented a new business architecture that will support sustainable and dramatic growth. The new architecture includes the allocation of specific resources dedicated to the growth and success of Astaro’s partner community.
Astaro created the new business architecture to prepare the company and its partners for the anticipated growth over the next year and beyond. The changes include dedicating additional internal resources to help Astaro’s partner community develop and grow their businesses and finding new ways to strengthen the relationship between the company and its partners.
One of the most significant changes is the creation of three internal teams dedicated to specific aspects of the company’s and the partner community’s growth. The partner development team will remain focused on serving the needs of existing partners such as creating training sessions, discussing marketing and public relations campaigns and assisting partners in other areas of development. This team will also focus on expanding the partner community through the recruitment of new partners.
The second team will concentrate on license renewals and maintain consistent communications with partners and the customer base to help partners capitalize on renewal opportunities. This will ensure stability and growth of partners’ revenue streams. A third team will focus exclusively on developing new sales opportunities for the Astaro partner community by initiating contact with prospective customers.

In addition to the creation of three separate internal teams Astaro made other investments for future growth. To help develop its partner community Astaro is hosting a series of partner road shows in the first part of 2010. These events will feature information regarding Astaro's product roadmap, the security industry, competitive messaging information and technical demonstrations as well as an opportunity to network with other members of the Astaro partner community. Also, Astaro will announce the development and release of several new products in 2010 that will provide partners with additional revenue streams.
